A Month Away

We are less than a month away and goodie bags are being packed, registration is more than half full, raffle items are arriving every week and we are so excited to crop away the weekend on Oct 25th-27th.

So what are you waiting for? Get your friends together and enjoy a fun filled weekend of early Christmas shopping with our wonderful vendors, or a relaxing massage, raffle door prizes, 53 hours of cropping time and a 8ft table to spread all your projects and supplies out on. Wow! We are really excited to see everyone and give out the many fun raffle door prizes.

Information for the October Charity Crop:
Registration form is available on blog.
Cropping starts on Friday at noon all weekend, all night and ends on Sunday 5pm. 

Packages are as follows:
All weekend $165, you will have your own table, approximately 53 hours of cropping. This includes dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday and Sunday. This price does not include lodging.

Saturday and Sunday $145, crop from Saturday 8am until Sunday 5pm, includes lunch on both days.
This price does not include lodging.


Saturday only $100, crop from noon until midnight, this includes lunch. This price does not include lodging.

Friday only crop from  noon to Midnight, includes dinner.
This price does not include lodging.

If you would like to stay at the hotel, you will have to book your room via the hotel. Let them know you are with our crop for we have reserved a block of rooms.

Hooray! For October!

We just got confirmation that Ms Marie Gee, our massage therapist from our last charity crop will be at this October crop! If you were with us in May then you know how fantastic she is. We are so excited for this wonderful addition to our event!

Also, we have just received lots of items for our goodie bags. Lots of great raffle items keep arriving in the mail. You know me, I love giving away fun stuff to all who attend our crops.

If you would like to place an order from one of the vendors prior to the crop you can contact them directly. They then can have your order available for you to pick up at the crop.

If you place an order for Close To My Heart, I will cover your shipping and handling costs as a thank you and have your order for you waiting at the crop. You must place your order no later than October 10th for it to be available for pick up at the crop.

ALS Charity Crop Oct 25-27, 2013

We hope you have been having a wonderful summer! We have been working on our fall crop and registration is in high gear. If you are interested in attending fill out the registration form and send it in. Remind your friends if they would like to sit with you they need to also register soon. We will be in a new location, the Holiday Inn in Kulpsville on Rte 63 just off of the Lansdale Turnpike exit. If you wish to stay at the hotel, contact the hotel directly and they will handle your hotel room reservations.

We had a wonderful turn out and so much fun catching up with all the gals at our ALS Charity Crop. Thank you all for all the support for our event. Especially the usual suspects! A huge thank you from our family and all the families that will benefit from this weekend's fundraising efforts.
